Ranger is currently performing the mass earthwork and parking lot work for this 900,000 sf retail project in San Marcos. The Target and JC Penney anchored project consists of building pad fills of up to 24 feet. Ranger has already delivered the JC Penney almost two and a half months ahead of schedule.

Stone Hill Town Center
Chasco Constructors

Stone Hill Town Center in Pflugerville is a 1,000,000 sf + retail center anchored by Home Depot, Target, JC Penney,and Cinemark. Ranger recently completed moving just over 1,000,000 CY during the mass earthwork phase of the project. The Home Depot pad consisted of an average of 18 feet of select fill. Ranger was able to deliver the pad o time within the 60 day schedule despite being slowed by 43 rain days.

Gateway at Live Oak (Fountains at Live Oak)
Zapalac/REED

This project in San Antonio consists of over 800,000 sf of building pads. Ranger will move about 1,000,000 CY during the course of construction. The native clays on the site and the massive fills of up to 45 feet within the building pads necessitate an extremely complicat ed pad preparation scheme to address potential shrink/swell and differential settlement.

AMD Campus
Austin Commercial

AMD’s new 800,000 sf campus in west Austin is built into the hill sides and required almost 200,000 CY of rock excavation and hauloff within an extremely tight schedule. In addition, the site is located in the environmentally sensitive Edward’s Aquifer recharge zone and required extensive care to prevent pollution of the surrounding land.

Southpark Commerce IV and III Building 2

Southpark Commerce IV is a three-building, +/- 415,000 sf industrial project. It is the fourth phase of the Southpark Commerce project with the previous phases having been done by us. Southpark Commerce III Bldg 2 is an adjacent 190,000 sf building at which we performed the mass earthwork and building pad preparation for Chasco.

University of Texas North Endzone Project
Hensel Phelps

Ranger worked 24 hours a day to complete the mass earthwork and building pad installation for the north endzone expansion project. The project included the excavation of a 20 foot deep basement in rock under the stadium as well as the excavation and hauloff of existing fill materials.

Citibank Data Center
Holder Construction

Ranger built the roughly 350,000 sf building pad in record time on this sch edule-sensitive project in Georgetown, Texas. Other highlights include importing and installing over 300,000 CY of fill dirt.

Ronald Reagan Blvd – South Phase II
Williamson County

Ranger Excavating is the prime contractor on this $16 million, 4 mile road project. The road will mostly be constructed in new right-of-way and includes over 600,000 cy of rock excavation and embankment.

1890 Ranch

1890 Ranch is a large retail project with the Triad Subdivision. Ranger performed the earthwork, paving, and curb and gutter for this 500,000 sf project. The project is anchored by Target and Cinemark.

Triad Hospital/Triad Subdivision Infrastructure/Cottonwood Pond
BE&K

BE&K hired Ranger to build the street infrastructure for the future Triad Hospital development in Williamson County. Ranger performed every aspect of construction including earthwork, wet and dry utilities, concrete, electrical, and irrigation. BE&K was so impressed with Ranger’s ability to meet deadlines that they kept Ranger on to perform the earthwork and paving for the hospital and the construction of the 150,000 cy regional detention pond serving the hospital and surrounding development
