This project consisted of two light industrial buildings totaling 225,000 sf.

Widelite Manufacturing Facility - San Marcos, TX

Ranger worked on the design team to provide value engineering suggestions to reduce the earthwork cost of this new manufacturing facility. Instead of importing the building pad, Ranger mined over 100,000 CY of material from onsite and moisture conditioned it to reduce its potential to swell. We then installed a 24” crushed limestone base cap over the pad.
