Plaza on the Lake consists of 2 three-story office buildings which total approximately 230,000 square feet and a three level parking garage located on an 11.9 acre site along the south shore of Lake Austin, adjacent to Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Highway) near the Lake Austin bridge. The site has spectacular views and a beautiful setting.

Tivoli Software Campus
Beck Group

Austin based Tivoli was founded here in 1998 and is now a part of IBM Corporation. Tivoli System, Inc. is an Austin-Born-and-Bred software company and is Austin's 11th largest employer. The 90 acre site is located east of Burnet Road between Gracy Farm Road and Kramer Lane near the existing IBM campus. Ranger performed the sitework for the 1,000,000 sf office project.
