Tribble and Stephens

Ranger was hired to build IKEA because of our ability to meet deadlines. It took Ranger only two weeks to deliver the 252,000 sf building pad for the foundation work to start.

Shops at Arbor Walk/ZK Pond
VCC Atlanta/Simon Property Group

Ranger Excavating is performing the site work and excavating the regional detention facility for this 60 acre project. The Shops is a 550,000 sf retail project anchored by a Home Depot. Ranger is working directly for Simon on the regional detention facility at the south end of the project. This pond includes over 120,000 cy of rock excavation. The excavation from the pond will be incorporated in The Shops.

Southpark Meadows
White Construction

South Park Meadows is a 180 Acre retail development consisting of over 50 building pads and 700,000 CY of excavation. Ranger Excavating has been contracted to perform clearing, excavation, curb and gutter, and paving.

The Domain
Beck Group

Ranger's work at the Domain includes th e excavation of a 40 foot deep, 130,000 CY detention pond and all the site excavation and building pads for the Domain shopping center. The preparation for the building pads was extensive because of the nature of the in-situ material and the presence of the hard Edwards limestone.

Wal-Mart Four Points
Western Builders of Amarillo

Ranger Excavating is performing site clearing, excavation and embankment, and paving for this Wal-Mart in the environmentally sensitive area in west Austin. Challenges specific to this project include the strength of the native rock and an existing waterline running through the middle of the building pad.

Shops at the Galleria
White Construction

The Shops at the Galleria is a 100 acre retail development at the intersection of 620, 71, and Bee Cave Road in Bee Cave, TX. The project included over 300,000 CY of rock excavation and embankment. Ranger mobilized over 30 pieces of iron, including two D11 bulldozers and 10 scrapers to complete the mass excavation ahead of schedule.

Round Rock Crossing

Ranger first completed the Target at this retail center in the early 1990s. In 2004 Ranger built Phase III which included Best Buy, Sportman's Warehouse, Michaels, and other retailers.
