Safety

Safety is extremely important to Ranger. Ranger has two full time employees dedicated to safety. Their duties include administering our safety program, safety training, and ensuring overall safety among all of the company’s operations.

Ranger has a company-specific safety manual that governs our operations. New hires are required to familiarize themselves with the manual and safety requirements specific to their job duties.

Every week our supervisors conduct jobsite “toolbox talks” to keep safety fresh in our employees’ minds and to assess any potential hazards with the planned work. Our supervisors and safety coordinators constantly observe our employees’ behavior and performance and immediately correct any issues which compromise safety. Emergency Response Plans are in effect for all hazards to which workers may be exposed.
